Lost Parcels:

  1. If your parcel is lost in transit, we will notify you promptly as soon as we become aware of it.
  2. An investigation will be initiated immediately.
  3. If the parcel remains unfound within 5 working days of our notification, we will:
  4. Issue a full refund for the lost parcel and its contents.
    Exclusions:
  5. Refunds or exchanges are not available for:
    • Change of mind purchases.
    • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or wear and tear.
    • Incorrect address details provided at checkout.
    • Unclaimed parcels.

Refund Processing:

  1. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
  2. Allow 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
